Designed for the most exigent users, the Arva AXIO is the high-end avalanche transceiver from the Arva collection. Spheric Search Technology with 60m bandwidth allows the Axio to be the only transceiver on the marker that processes an entire spherical search with 3 antennas working together. An evolution of the well known three-antenna, three-stage sequence, the AXIO allows all three antennas to work together on each stage of the search for a faster and smarter route search.

Upon turning on the device, the Auto-Check feature will check your battery levels and ensure that the AXIO is functioning properly prior to setting off, and the Group-Check feature can ensure that each member of your party has their transceivers properly configured to transmit mode. Automatic switch back to transmission mode can be configured based on user inactivity or a lack of motion in the event of a secondary avalanche, meaning that you do not have to be concerned about your transceiver remaining on search. Clever marking and priority functions not only allow you to mark victims once found to ignore their signals, but also allows you to efficiently divide victims between searchers based on their proximity to you.

As with all avalanche safety equipment, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with your equipment in a safe environment to ensure you know how it works when disaster strikes.
