We love our customers at Sputnik. As our way of saying thank you and making your experience better than ever, we're introducing our very own loyalty programme.
How does it work?
It's couldn't be simpler. For every £1 you spend online you'll earn 1 point. Each point can then be converted into 5p worth of E-Wallet credit.

How are the points redeemed?
You'll receive any loyalty points earned 14 days after your purchase. Any items that are returned within this period will not count towards your point balance.
In your account settings you'll see how many points you've accumulated along with your current E-Wallet balance. Under this there will be a button to click that will convert your points into credit.
There's no limit to how much of your E-Wallet you can spend per transaction. Saved up £1,000 of credit? Spend it all at once if you'd like - you've earned it.
Please note that the Loyalty Programme is only available online at present. We're working as hard as we can to enable you to earn points on in-store purchases. In the mean time, if you'd like to spend your E-Wallet in store, please contact us at info@sputnikstore.com
Each £1 spent is worth 1 point, so for a £250 purchase you will receive 250 points.
Product pages will show how many points are earned for that item based on the current selling price of the product.
At the checkout page you will also see how many points in total you will earn.
In your customer account options you’ll see a section called My Points.
Click this to be taken to a page showing your current loyalty points. On this page will be a button to convert your points to E-Wallet credit.
At checkout you will have the option to use your E-Wallet balance as full or partial payment for your basket depending on the value of your wallet.
Our standard return policy applies to items purchased with E-Wallet credit. We can only refund the value back into your E-Wallet.
Points are earned 14 days after purchase. Any returned items do not count towards the number of points earned. If you have not received points for qualifying purchases after this time period please contact us.
