Over the Christmas period our last date for guaranteed* Christmas delivery are outlined below. Any orders placed after this date may not arrive before Christmas Day.

Please be advised that this time of year is extremely busy for delivery services. Due to HGV driver shortages, Covid-19 and other unknown delays delivery times may vary & last delivery dates may be subject to change.
International shipments are also subject to delays depending on customs processing, import duty & VAT payment processing speeds. Please allow more time for international delays to avoid disappointment.
From Friday the 24th of December 2021 at 12:00pm until the 6th January 2022 we will not be offering a next-day delivery option. Orders placed during this time may take longer to process due to courier demand and reduced hours.
*We will ensure we get your deliveries out on time, however any courier delays once your parcel has left us are beyond our control at this busy period of the year.
Please bear in mind that couriers will not be delivering parcels on the 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th and 31st of December, and the 1st (and 4th in Scotland) of January.
Items purchased between the 1st of November until the 24th of December 2021, all orders placed will have their return period extended until the 14th of January 2022.
