Sputnik has been in business since 2000. We have chosen the up hill battle. Over the years we have been able to fight against the larger Store and make some ground. We have had amazing support from all our fans, friends, family and customers. Thanks for all the love and we look forward for many more years of good times and pow lines.

What are our office hours?
Sputnik is a small company. We only have 3 people working for the business and we all do many things. Our office hours are when the shop is open (Monday-Saturday 9.30-6pm, Sunday 11-4pm). If you are looking to get in contact with us please use the Contact page off our website, this will be your best bet.

How do I get some stickers?
Many people often ask for free stickers. First let me say that we want to give you all as many stickers as you want. It makes you happy and is also promoting our brand so we are all winners, and this is how to do it:
Send us a self addressed stamped envelope to the address below:

Please let me explain the Self Addressed Stamped Envelope. You must take a envelope and fill out Your Address along with Our Address as the return address. Put a stamp on this envelope. Then take this envelope and put it inside a new envelope that you then send to us. Once we get this we simply take the envelope with your address already on it, put stickers inside, lick the adhesive and then drop it in the mail. If you do this right you will have two envelopes on their way to us. One is used to get it to us and the other is used for the stickers to return to you.
Please only send a Letter sized envelope. Thanks and we think you are all really cool.
I have a question about an item online?
Please give us a call on the number at the top of the page or fill in a contact form on the contact us page. We are always happy to help and give advice - as long as its not on your mortgage! I am no good with those!
Is everything online or do you have more stock in store?
Yes Everything should be on the website. As soon as new products arrive in store we aim to get them on the website within 1 week. But if you fancy, you can always make a trip down to the store, have a cup of tea and play with the dog. She always loves a good scratch!
Where do you deliver to?
We offer a FREE economy delivery option for UK Mainland orders over £30, (estimated delivery 3-5 working days).
Next Day Delivery courier service is available for all UK Mainland order (£8.50)

We currently dont deliver to space but we are working on it.
My goods have been dispatched when will i receive them?
When you place an order via our online store, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been place and is being processed.
Once we have completed fulfilling your order, you will receive another email to confirm that your item(s) have been shipped and on it’s way to you!
If you do not receive your item within 1 week of despatch, please contact us.

The item I am looking for is not on your website, can you order it for me?
We are able to place special orders for some products not showing on our website. Please contact us on 01628 478 660 or via the contact page with the product details you are looking for and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that any special orders will be on a non-refundable, non-exchangeable basis.
We aim to respond to emails within 1 working day.
How do you prevent fraudulent transactions?
All transactions are checked against various fraud checking processes. Any transaction that we believe may be fraudulent will be cancelled immediately.
How do I know that my credit/debit card details are safe?
Can I have my order delivered to a work address?
Of course! This allows you peace of mind knowing that your package will arrive safely and there will always be someone available to sign for it. Just make sure the janitor does'nt get to your new snowboard first!
What happens if I am unable to take delivery?
If you are not available at the delivery address specified, our carrier will usually leave a “Sorry you weren’t in” card and your goods will be taken to your local depot or sorting office. You can then arrange for an alternative delivery date or collect your parcel from there.
How will my product(s) be packaged?
Depending on the size, your product(s) will be safely packaged for transit in either a box or a bag. Defiantly not in bedsheets!
If I return an item to exchange or refund, how long soon will I get my refund?
If you require a refund with no exchange, we will refund your card within 7 days of receiving your returned item(s). This normally takes 3 working days to appear as a refund on your statement, depending on your bank / card provider. You should receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
